Sony Xperia M2 Dual goes official in India at Rs.21,990

Sony has launched mid-range smartphone dubbed Xperia M2 Dual Indian market at Rs.21,990.Company was unveiled this dual SIM variant of the Sony Xperia M2 at MCW 2014.The smartphone will be available from Friday ,i.e 25th April with three colours- Black, White and Purple option.

The Sony Xperia M2 Dual is a Dual(GSM + GSM) SIM support smartphone with dual active mode.Its packs a 4.8 inch qHD display with a resolution 540 X 960 pixels.The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 chipset and coupled with 1GB RAM.The Xperia M2 will come with Android v4.3 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box, but there’s no word about a KitKat upgrade.

The Xperia M2 Dual also sports a 8GB inbuilt storage and expandable memory upto 32GB by using MicroSD card.It features an 8 megapixel rear camera with auto scene recognition and HDR, while other camera features include Timeshift burst, picture effect and social live. It also sports a VGA front facing camera.

It has a 2,300 mAh battery and company claims that it delivers upto 14 hours talk time and 693 hours standby time,About the connectivity option it include 3G, A-GPS/GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Wi-Fi, DLNA, and Micro-USB.
